Angry client

Am very disappointed with the insurance company call Auto & General..I registered my motorbike with them about months ago it later on involved in an accident with my driver he went to the hospital,I phone those guys they sent stowing man came to fetch the bike .. after other tow months while they are keeping my motorbike en still paying for the policy,they sent me an email showing that my claiming was declined because the one who was riding it was renting the bike from me..which is not true ..the truth is that the rider was working for me I was paying him ...the guys they say that they phone the my driver while he was still in hospital that he said he was renting my motorbike R600.. according to him he told me that he naver told them about renting because it's not what it is..when I called them again they said that they will provide the voice note where by my driver was telling them that.till now they haven't provide any voice note..en I ask them to bring the voice note where me en the person who registered the motorbike talking about this.. because I told him that I was not the one riding it it's for business..these guy I think they are trying to take chances..they should reather pay the motorbike or refund all the amount have been pay for both motorbike en my house insurance.. because their insurance is not useful,I can't refer any one to use this type of insurance companies..what a ashame..
