You should be so super proud of your employee - Tarryn, she was absolutely amazing. Friendly, polite, well spoken and most of all knowledgeable, with lots of patience. In two occasions during our interaction the line disconnected and on the first instance I was about to call again and go through the entire IVR options, but Tarryn saved me all that effort by calling back. Well done A&G for raising the bar on customer experience.
