I was assisted by Mbali Khumalo.During our call, I was unexpectedly interrupted by work and had to step away. When I asked how I could call her back, she kindly offered to return my call herself — and she did so exactly at the scheduled time. My query was resolved efficiently, and I truly appreciate how my concerns are always treated as a priority, with clear steps taken to assist me whenever I need help. I’ve been with Auto & General for about 2–3 years, and after more than 10 years of having insurance with other providers, I can confidently say this one is top tier. I don’t see myself moving anytime soon. Keep up the excellent service!
