A&G "we don't care about you just your money"

Just another bloated insurance company. Their sales team will call non stop but create a claim and cricket's. The self service app and web login is just another way for them not to engage with their customer. Had incident days ago created a claim on the app twice and no call. Eventually did call the call center waited 20 min to get an agent who was uninterested, read from his call sheet and took another 30 mins of my time, still no assistance with my claim. I'm changing insurers today
