A&G mechanical warranty claim still not confirmed or acted on

The vehicle claim was submitted on Tuesday - no confirmation telephonically or electronically yet. I have used all my airtime phoning A&G, yet no one answers the phone in the Claims department. Value Clutch and Brake had also tried to contact them - even on FB- to no avail. It is Friday afternoon 17:00 and still no answer from them. I would like a resolve ASAP as it is placing me in a predicament.
