A&G made me lose my Job - No transport

On 19 August I was ****** of my mopad (e s******) and I did report it to the police Immediately, the day after my dad reported it to A&G its been 3 weeks now . This morning they just called my dad to tell us that the claim is canceled as I don't have viable proof of purchase "invoice" but i did send photos. Since we started with A&G there was no mention that we needed to provide a invoice only now that we have to claim they want it seriously all my furniture is insured with them and I don't have invoices. Now one of the "claims managers" stated that they would want proof of perchase for house hold items aswell if we claim on them, so ITS ****ING USELESS insuring house hold items that is 5+ years old cause who keeps those slips........ Anyway this whole thing caused me to lose my job as I had NO TRANSPORTATION to go to work thanks A&G for messing up my life and royalty *****ing me .... Josephine the lady who assisted us was professional but must say she is working for a *** company she deserves MUCH BETTER Josephine hope you get a better Job.
