After market spares used to repair car

I had an accident in december my car went for repairs in port alfred since im staying in joburg after receiept i saw that after market spares is been used i ontact the insurer spoke to Shirly Morata who promise to get back to me after numerous emails and call she didnt bother to get back to me my vehicle value has drop drastically due to this and its safety is also not up to standard .Im very upset aout this they could had let me fix my car myself.
