Admin Fee

I contacted a sale's person about opening insurance (which I did), but in the conversation there was never (no clear indication) an indication of an R800 admin fee, just that I would pay my first month's premium at a pro rata rate. After completing my agreement with the consultant, a second consultant who was initially supposed to help me contacted me and told me that I had to pay a admin fee in cash else the admin fee would be higher if I did a debit order. Very disappointed in this.
