Adjustment of my premium for 2023
My premium had increased by R950.I sent an email to ask for a review. I was telephone by one of your staff and I stated my case.He then reviewed my case and took mee through the process step by step.This review was then authenticated by his manager. I was very pleased with the new premium. Thank you.
