Additional cover claim

I insured my car with an additional cover for scratch and dent prior to the car leaving the dealership and they deducted the premium without failure. When I logged a complain about 2 weeks ago the consultant told me about a waiting period plus the car being reviewed. The second consultant told me that I will get a call and to date no one called. When I login to my profile I only see the main cover and not the additional cover.
