Accident claim

After submitting my claim all my previous sentiments based on the negative reviews about this company changed, they have a good system in place,good response although a bit slow as transport is essential on a daily basis but my issue was resolved to my satisfaction,Auto and general needs to invest more on the human side of processing claims otherwise I cannot fault their system of claims
