Accident claim

I was involved in a case accident on the 3rd of July and i logged a claim, the claim department contacted me 4th requesting the incident information, i sent the required documents. I was promised to get a feedback on the 22/07/2025 and come proposed date i was informed that they are still busy with the validation of the claim, they will give a feedback on the 28/07/2025. And on the 28/07/2025 i checked my mails there was no communication till to date, and i am still off the car, not knowing the current status of the damaged vehicle. I am really not happy with the service. And the debit orders are still going through.
