I will like to share this with the public, auto and general has a gap cover plan to which I have taken out a few months back. It was told that they will pay immediately for any short falls or cover in hospital or out of hospital. My son and I was severely ill and was rush off to hospital. Upon admission we was told we had to pay a Co payment of R800. The lady from hippo Avery have misled us in taking out this policy and trying to protect one of her mates from being fired for mis information that was given to my family and I. When I have requested for the recording of my purchase she said it was sent on nemerous occasions. But that was a lie. Now when a claim have come up there was a reputation of my claim with no proper out come of my reputation. I request for the CEO or OWNER of this business to call me. I am going to post this on every social media page until justice is being done.
