A superstar
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Thusi from the Value Added Services department at Auto & General. Honestly, I have never experienced such genuine professionalism, patience, warmth, and efficiency from a consultant before.
Ironically, I’m actually grateful that the previous consultant disconnected the call, because had that not happened, I would never have had the privilege of being assisted by such an incredible human being. What initially started as a frustrating experience immediately turned into one of the best customer service interactions I’ve ever had the moment Thusi took over.
She handled my concerns with so much care, kindness, and confidence that I genuinely felt valued as a client. She listened attentively, explained everything thoroughly, and went above and beyond to ensure I was fully assisted and comfortable throughout the process. Her energy, professionalism, and compassion are rare to come across these days.
Auto & General truly has a gem in Thusi. Employees like her are the reason customers remain loyal to a company. She doesn’t just do her job — she represents the brand with excellence and humanity.
I sincerely believe Thusi deserves recognition, a promotion, or leadership opportunities within the company because her level of service is exceptional and deserves to be celebrated. If every consultant carried themselves the way she does, customer service standards across the country would be transformed.
