A stress free claim

I don't even know if the words I am going to use will serve enough justice to the level of service I received from Auto and General insurance. The car was ****** on the 30th of January and I reported it to the insurance, I was expecting to be given the run around experience that other people get from their insurance companies but I didn't get ANY of that... I had such a hassle free claim with regular calls and emails from Mpho Phetoane and team, I don't know how I can thank you guys for making such an experience so bearable and stress free. Thank you for being so professional and also showing that you care for your customers (irregardless of some of my previous complaints). Please keep serving us with this level of commitment ✨✨
