A STITCH IN TIME.........................

I experienced minor storm damage to the roof or our holiday home during the exceptionally high wind velocities in The Strand during April 2022. Fortunately a roofing contractor was prepared to intervene immediately thereby preventing a possible loss of most of the roof. My insurance claim was modest in comparison to what it could have amounted to if preventive repair had not been authorized. Auto and General treated my claim very thoroughly and professionally and on the merit of my submission, paid out in full.
