When I called immediately after my accident,my call was taken by Thabiso while I was on the scene,I could bearly speak,I was just crying and Thabiso calmed me down,took down my telephone number and called me back immediately, the tow truck got to the scene within 10 minutes, he asked if I was not hurt,how my son was and called me back to verify the tow truck on the scene,he basically tried to keep me sane as he understood how traumatic the entire experience was for me and my son.A million thank you's Thabiso.if this is done to each and every caller in distress then I'm proud to be insured with Auto and General.Please make sure Thabiso gets this compliment,He is a valuable staff member,Please don't lose him,retain him,treat him well,he is valuable to your company.i can never thank him enough for what he did for me#listentothecall.
