7 years claim free and this is the thanks I get....

What a disappointment! I cover my house under them and I've been claim free for 7 years. Had a claim for a faulty SOLAR geyser. App**** on the app and called them with all the correct details. They sent a technician the next day to assess the damage and he confirmed the the geyser has burst. Then the technician tells me that they're not qualified to replace the SOLAR geyser, then left. Nobody got back to me from A&G, I had to follow up. Its been a week since my claim so I called them again. Now they told me to get my own plumber and that they would cover R10k minus R2500 access = R7500. The cheapest quote I could get was over R13k! I will be cancelling my cover!!!
