I would like to thank Auto & General for the way they handled my car claim.

To be honest, there was a stage during the investigation where I felt like the investigator was working against me, and it left me feeling frustrated. However, as the process continued, everything was handled professionally and the outcome was better than I expected.

From the very first day of my claim, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and respectful. Some even went out of their way to assist me and answer my questions, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.
