I needed to change a number of items on my Insurance Policy, as well as get a car insurance quotation - WELL I WAS DELIGHTED with the Customer Service that I received from Bianca Fernandez. Not only was she professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my request - she has an outstanding personality! By far the best Call Center call that I have ever been on... Thank you Bianca!
