3rd party claim rejected

I was involved with one of their clients in a car accident. He accepted liability when we did the accident report. I was standing still indicating to turn to the right. I was waiting for the on coming traffic to clear to give me the right of way to turn into a parking bay. Their client comes speeding around a blind spot crossing over a solid barrier into on coming traffic almost causing a head on collision turn back into my lane and smash into my car and they reckon it is my fault. I will like to question what type of lawyers do they employ.Firstly, their client accepted liability. Secondly,The law states clearly you must not overtake on a solid barrier line and on a blind spot. How can they make a decision and say I was at fault because I had to check who was behind me, and I did not give their client enough time to show that I was going to turn right. I probably had to get out of my car stand in the road wait for him tell him to stop because I'm turning right then get back into my car and complete my turn. Working for an huge Institution I showed their feedback to our law faculty and they could not understand their reasoning. I will not recommend anybody to join this insurance company.
