2 months of unsettled third party claim

On the 2 February 2024 we had an accident and we claimed for the third party. All the documentation was submitted and communication was received but we have been informed by the third party that his car has not been fixed and he has not been contacted by the insurance even though he has submitted all the necessary documents.

Your urgent feedback will be highly appreciated as the third party is someone we meet on a daily basis. It has been 2 months now and his car needs to be fixed.
