2 mnths since claim - Nothing transpired - ZERO

Since my accident on 14 Oct, my car has still not been sent to a panel beater. I have to call all the time, & deal with different people who tell a different story each time. I'm currently recovering from a stroke and the car is my only means of transport, yet to date, no progress on my claim whatsoever. I called many times and left messages which aren't always returned. The following are the latest - Again, My calls<br> <br> 1/12 - Left msg with Olive, - Still await reply<br> 1/12 - Called again - Advised that car was sent to Techni Spray on 26/11 in Lenasia and will take 16 days<br> 4/12 - Called Techni Spray, they do not have the car, only quoted on repairs - await approval from A&G<br> 4/12 - Called A&G - Kenneth - Advised him the p/beater doesn't have the car and await approval from A&G<br> 4/12 - Will discuss with management and revert back soonest - What takes 60 days?<br> 4/12 - Asked whether I requested a different panel beater - I said I did NOT.<br> 7/12 - 15H30 - Still NO feedback from A&G, and won't get feedback unless I call. <br> <br> Telephone costs, frustration, 60 days and I'm none the wiser. Do I cancel my entire policy with 3 vehicles and comprehensive business insurance, or what am I to do?
