WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!

I am writing this review with so much disappointment in this organization as a whole, from the start the service was very poor. from initial sale and taking the policy up until now at claims stage, no peace of mind, no communication, no update or level of service that warrants the monthly premiums charged. I have to escalate the matter to Hello Peter every time I need assistance from this service provider. My driver was hit at the rear, we tried to call the insurer on Saturday until Monday they will send you around to different departments not offering any help, eventually when the claim was submitted the agents lack urgency and common customer service, Thandeka never replies to emails, the WhatsApp Inbox and shared Email Boxes are never monitored, I spent a full 2 weeks trying to get some kind of decent communication without any luck. Now after such a frustrating experience I decided to come on this platform.
