Business insurance inclusive of Netstar

I took auto and general business cover with includes netstar as my tracking on the 29 June 2025 .A week later technician came to install the training device and game me the panic button .Immediately when technician left it was not responding when I press it no one calls me .I logged this complaint with Netstar whom sent a technician again which takes about 2 hours to fix at my home . The technician left still same problem .I keep on calling Netster and find out because i believe this tracking supposed to respond in order to protect me . They later said they will send a technician for the second time ,when I enquiry about cancellation they say I am going to pay .This is less than a month on this and it has not worked but they want me to pay for cancellation 💔😡Because I cannot keep something that does not benefiting me
