VEHICLE ALWAYS COMES BACK WITH MORE DAMAGES

I have been a loyal BMW fan for over 30 yrs & mostly was fortunate to have motorplan over the last 20 or so, however, my 335i was too old (2008) to extend even though it had low mileage. While it was under motor plan they reported that they had replaced the breaks & checked the turbo- they failed to record it so when motorplan expired the turbo burnt out<br> I paid for the turbo +-R30k, as well as the breaks +-R14k. Also some work on suspension was done. When the car returned none of the steering buttons worked- they said it was wear and tea- although I knew they were dishonest, I paid for repairs as I had no way of proving otherwise. <br> I got the car back with a huge rattle & turbo warning was coming on again. They said I had gone over a pothole and need to repair the suspension. After now paying almost R100k I took my car to a private dealer who tightened the suspension & found a BMW TOOL that was left under a cover in the bonnet that caused the rattle. <br> I have the tool as evidence. I reported this matter to them & BMW SA with no response. What a dishonest and scaly bunch of operators - BMW buyers BEWARE! This happened some months ago, I jus didn't have the time to report.
