Unsatisfactory sales & service from Auto Alphina

I bought BMW 320D approx. July 2014 from AUTO ALPHINA BOKSBURG. I was informed that the model of the vehicle is a 2014 DEMO model with approx. 6000km odometer. My first service at AUTO ALPHINA was at approx. 13000km. The second service at approx. 23000km. After the service I've noticed that the onbaord computer is not showing the next service due, instead it keeps on showing a service due in 02/2015- which has passed 2 months ago- despite the fact that the car has been serviced. I have just browsed through the service record book and noticed that the model of the vehicle is actually a 2013 model, with the 13000km service done in 12/2013 already! I bought the car in 07/2014 with 6000km?? Due to the fact the vehicle is under HP, I can't verify on the registration documents what the actual/ true model of the car is, according to the documentation on hand (service book) it is a 2013 model. I would like to inform the public that this level of service is not acceptable, as at this stage I'm not sure if AUTO ALPHINA actually did conduct the previous 2 services on my vehicle (no stamps in service book & computer not reset)
