Pathetic Service and show of mistrust in Patron

Bought my BMW cash from this dealership March 2019 - I was never sent my gift for patronising the dealership. However, This is not even the reason for my shock at their display of poor to dismal customer service ….what shocked me was upon my visit this Monday for a service to my car I advised them that I had still not receive my gift. what greeted me was the dealerships display of mistrust and I was treated like a common ***** , my integrity questioned when a junior staff shows me a document stating the gift was issued.

Upon requesting to see where I had signed for the "issued" item, her response was the manager would check the file and investigate. this is after numerous communication with the agent that sold me the vehicle and when he had left... my husbands communication with the new person that was assisting us - one year has almost passed and what I got from this dealership was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. ...I wondered if the colour of my skin was different if I would have been questioned about the "issued" item.....absolutely pathetic and disgusting !!!!!
