PATHETIC COMMUNICATION!!

Last week Friday my BMW X5 started smoking. Its under Motorplan. I called BMW On Call and they towed it to Auto Alpina Boksburg. Its 1 week today, my car is still NOT repaired! Have called numerous times but nobody gets back to me! Called BMW South Africa. Same ****!! No response. All i get is we investigating and will get back to you! They are worse than SAPS when investigating! I paid a fortune for my X5 and look how they treat me! I have now app**** for Chengen Visas. As soon as i get them, i am going to Germany to BMW and present my case. BMW SA And Auto Alpina will pay for all my expenses. They had arranged a car hire for 6 days. Today the car hire company took the car back! I should have bought a TATA or a Chinese car instead!!!
