Horrible service!!!

Horrible service! Bought two cars from them this past December, one of them is a convertible, JP, the sales guy at the time assured us that the roof was going to be replaced (it is torn!!!!) and now we’re being told bull **** about how the roof can’t be replaced! The second one wasn’t washed properly when we picked it up, I mean seriously??? These guys will give you the best service when they want your money and immediately after the sale has went through they spit you up and ignore you! Talk about professionalism! I’m still waiting for them to get back to me in regards to fixing a scratch on one of the vehicles, it’s been months now. They aren’t even returning my calls! I’m disgusted by them! My advice, go to any other bmw dealership but this one, it deserves to be shut down or better yet revamp the entire staff!
