Great Attitude, very friendly very professional

I own a BMW motorcycle, and required some odds and sods that fall off during riding.<br> I had tried to get into contact with some BMW second hand spares dealers but to no avail.<br> I then humored myself and contacted the BMW dealer in question, I was put through to Yolandi and I explained my predicament.<br> She was very helpful in sending me screen grabs to ensure we order the correct parts, and to my surprise the parts were not as expensive as i thought it would be. So throughout the communications with Yolandi she remained very professional, had excellent communications etiquette and went out of her way to order the parts I need. <br> Auto Alpine Boksburg shall see my business again as they may be put on a pedestal to show other dealers how service should be delivered and how business should be done.
