Fanuel Serame was the sales person assisting my husband(Nhlanhla Mkhonto) with his car purchase. He is a good listener and put the customer first at all times. He gave my husband a good deal financially. He consistently updated my husband on the progress, was very friendly, patient and available. He arranged for a courtesy car while waiting. He managed to arrange for the Tracker to be transferred form the old car to the new car. He took the e-tag that was forgotten in the old car and kept it safe. He gave a good crash course of the car, gave a nice jacket as a gift and followed up after the sale. He took authentic interest in my husbands interest and my husband expresses his gratitude.
