Braking system not sorted

I never thought I would receive such negligent service from such an esteemed brand. Tried too many times to bring to the attention of Auto Alpina Boksburg the issue with my braking system. Even tried to explain to them the dangers of having a high speed vehicle and not having the braking system perfect but my safety doesn’t seem to phase them. It may not be important to BMW but my safety and that of my family is important to me. And my braking system is still not sorted after 3 check ins??? So do I not use the vehicle now or chance our lives every time we climb in?????
