BAD SERVICING OF CAR

<br> Hi Peter,on the 03/06/2015 I took my vehicle to Auto alphina for service and was told that BMW has a lifetime cover for their Airbags and I asked them to do a minor service and check every fault in my car,i collected the vehicle later that day but I discovered a funny sound on the engine and window opener missing and the Airbag sign was stll showing without being fixed,i went back to complain and was told a funny story,On the 17 of August I got stuck in the middle of the road and caused traffic and took my insurance 1hour to load the vehicle..I took the vehicle to my mechanic and the DIFF was locked and I called them to complain and was told they only did a minor service,my question was since I had asked them to check everything and give me a detailed printout why was the diff not mentioned there?The DIFF was completely dry and wondered why did they not pick it up on the system?i bought a second hand Diff for R8000 and paid R4000 for fitting and now im no longer enjoying my vehicle, driving my BMW now is like driving a NONAME car.I am very upset as Auto Alphina costed me money,their incompetency costed me.
