Very bad service

I took my car to them because my air con did not make cold, They took my car to the back for about 5 minutes and then came back with the following problems. Pomp geseize Compressor faulty Condensor faulty Expansion Valve Regas Full Flush Labor R13 570.00

Just before Christmas I stopped by someone that refill gas because it was very hot. He immediately saw a wire that was loose to the compressor. He fixed the wire without charging me anything and my air con is still working. Now I would like to know was it because I am a women that this place wanted to do me in or do they have not qualified people who is doing the job.
