Blacklisted car finance *****

In October 2017 I contacted a company I saw on the website that provides cars to individuals whose credit rating has been compromised. Their website is autovehicle services run by A.J and Maggie. They informed me there was a car available in Durban that belonged to an individual in Newcastle and that I could fly to Durban and pay a deposit fee of R65000 after viewing the car and being satisfied with the contract to lease the car from the owner. On arrival in Durban I was advised by Maggie that the owner of the vehicle was required to pay in a deposit at the dealership to take possession of the car and hand it over to me. I was told to pay R40 000 into the owners bank account and when he received the car he will hand it over to me after paying the remaining R25000 deposit and there after a monthly lease fee. I transferred the R 40 000 and waited the whole day in Durban while being told the owner was waiting for a car disc from the dealership. I subsequently flew back to Johannesburg without the car with the intention of returning a few days later to collect it. A few days later I was informed by Maggie that the owner had decided to cancel the car finance deal and would refund my R40 000. After being given the run around for a month Maggie gave me the contact details of the vehicle owner and he informed me that the dealership actually wanted R90 000 for the car deposit and he did not have the R50 000 balance to collect the car and that he would refund me my R40 000. Every time I call him he ignores my calls initially and when he does finally answer he always promises to refund before the end of that week. This has been going on for 3 months now. I recently saw him post as his WhatsApp profile picture the very same car he said he does not have enough money to collect from the dealership parked in front of his house. He **********ly took my money to pay a deposit for a car for himself and is making false promises about paying my money back. He claims to be a business man is Newcastle and his name is Bonginhlanlha Sanelisiwe Mthethwa born in 1989. Beware of this ********!
