Empty promises

Pathetic services from Autism Resources SA. Firstly they send me 2 right shoes, I returned the shoes and they promised they'd overnight a new pair. I waited another week and nothing so sent another email to which they promised it was with the courier and I'd receive it in 3 business days. Waited another week and still nothing recieved to which they responded that they now out of stock and will recieve stock at month end and send a pair. I waited another 3 weeks and still nothing. To which I then got a response sorry they don't have stock they'll refund me. Well - I'm still waiting for the refund a week later. Do not buy for this store - they are full of excuses and empty promises
