<p>I joined the website for a free month to see if it was suitable https://www.authorlearningcenter.com. On finding it unsuitable, I wanted to discontinue my subscribtion before being charged. This was done via email nearly a month ago (there is no place on the site to unsubscribe, it has to be done manually - thus making it more difficult). I received a call from John sanders, and told him I wanted to unsubscribe.</p> <p>Imagine my surprize when I get billed a month later - obviously a **** site to avoid!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have sent another email, but have not yet received a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>Original email:</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi there,</p> <p>Please cancel my subscription.
