No delivery of items ordered upto 1 month later.Owner was made aware but didnt respond to messages, phone calls but is very actuve on social media.

I Ordered two items of clothing on September 13th and paid immediately. That same day, I sent the owner a whatsapp message confirming my order, to which she responded. Delivery as per the website is 3 upto 7 days for ready made items.

I followed up 2 weeks later as I hadnt recieved my order, to which the owner responded a week afterwards.

She claimed she wasn't aware that I had not recieved my order...

Post this, Ive sent her whatsapp messages, smses, email, called countlessly with no response.

What sucks is that on Social Media , I could see her uploading completed designs for other client, whereas mine were ready made.

One month later, Im still trying to get my money back.
