Authentica Flooring - Do Not Trust these people

Shocking bad service, my deposit taken no service delivery Promises not kept!!!! They confirmed that they had made the refund of my deposit but nothing arrived. I have WhatsApps where they confirm that they would refund. Now they block my calls. I cant believe they think its right to keep my money and I got nothing in return. I waited for them to install on 2 seperate days they just did not show up didnt even bother to tell me whats going on because they had not intention of installing and think its ethical to just ***** my money? Phones never answered, my money ******. Don't EVER pay a holding deposit to these people!!!!!
