Superb Service from Christinah Legodi

Good Day

I was assisted by a very professional lady named Christinah Legodi

For the 1st time in a very long time , was I wowed with the excellent service I’ve received from her.

Just after 9 this morning I phone the Roadside assistance line. I was fortunate that she were the consultant who took my call.

After explaining my issue to her, the 1st thing she asked me was if I’m feeling secured and safe wherever I am, which I assured her that I did. That was great and touching as the last time I called, I was stranded in Hatfield at night and was not even asked this question.

She assured me that she will call me back with the information of which company will be coming out to assist and not even a a minute later, I received a confirmation of my call with her. Within a few minutes, I received her call back. She advised me that it could take up to an hour, for someone to assist me, but it would usually be less. She would also make a follow up call within a half an hour to confirm whether I was contacted by the company. Wow, was I impressed when a Phillip Mahungela from the AA Fleet Corporate park phoned me within 15 minutes to say that he has arrived. May I mention, that he was a professional and assisted me with a smile.

When Christinajcalled me back to confirm if I was contacted, Phillip was long gone.

This is what I call speedy and excellent service from both of them!!!!

Her company should cherish an employee like her as she really do add value to her company and to a customer’s life
