Excellent Service by Christinah Legodi from Autassist

Yesterday on the 27th March 2019, I had a problem with my car and I phoned my insurance Autassist(via SBIB) for assistance. My call was picked by a lady called Christinah Legodi. This lady is so professional with excellent customer service s****s. She made feel so valued as a customer, especially in the devastating state that I was in. She called me few times to check if I've received the assistance expected. Continuously making follow-up calls with AA, and also to keep me informed accordingly. I must say, I couldn't even feel the length of time I had to wait before I could receive assistance from AA. She even advised me that she had to knock off, but she will hand over my query to another lady who will make follow up with me. This lady overall, she exceeded my expectation and I feel she has gone extra-miles in-order to ensure that I get the service and assistance I deserved.
