I had a motor mechanic problem in the middle of nowhere travelling on the N1 to Pretoria, your attitude and eagerness to help is admirable. I was pleasantly surprised by the way you went out of your way to find out if I am save and to regularly update and assured me that assistance is being arranged on your side. All my interactions with you, made me feel that you genuinely cared about me as a client, even this morning you called to find out if everything went well yesterday.
