AUSTRO PTY LTD'S PATHETIC SERVICE,SALES & PRODUCTS

<p>Market Your Business CC is a company that manufactures wooden office furniture and chairs, that is me. We dealt with Austro Pty Ltd which is a company that specialises in woodworking machinery. In January 2016 we purchased an CHISA EDGE BANDER machine, this machine edges all board. Austro Pty Ltd came out to our factory to have a look at the amount of production we push out, then advised that this specific edge bander will be capable to meet our demands. We trusted their sales rep WYNAND LOUW and purchased the machine cash and traded our old machine in. SInce the day we recieved the machine we had endless problems with the machine. The day the machine was delivered the bracket and the front piece was damaged and only after 4 months was this repaired. The machine can not cope with the maganitude of work that is being produced, where as Wynand ensured us that the machine can handle our capacity of work, I then went and did my own research on the machine and found out that it is a machine equipt for small volumes of work. From day one we had endless problems with the machine and for every call out and repair we paid for, as i was not advised on the warranty of the machine. In less than 8 months i made around 20 call out because of the machine breaking down. Due to the machine breaking down all the time, we lost production and in return our business suffered with penalities from our clients. The sales manager LEON FOURIE came out numerous times to speak to us but to date nothing has been nothing about the endless issues with the machine. Up untill now December 2016, we still having issues with the machine and had a major breakdown. They advised that we change the machine but to date we did not get any feedback from them regarding a trade in value and how to go further. We also tried to contact WYNAND LOUW numerous times to purchase a brand spanking new panel saw, till to date he never assist us with this sale, so we purchased a second hand one at an auction for R75 000. So much for customer service and bringing new business.</p> <p>Two days ago we spoke to TREVOR WILLIAMS who is either the CEO or CFO of Austro PTY LTD, who said he would return my call in half an hour, his PA called me back in two hours time saying he is working on it however I did not recieve any feedback what so ever till today 3 December 2016, 15:24PM. </p> <p> </p> <p>LEON FOURIE AND WYNAND LOUW has treated us poorly and pathetically and has been rude everytime we dealt with them, however we have been patient and took their ****. Now you tell me who is the client and who is the supplier?</p> <p> </p> <p>How does a MULTI MILLION RAND Organization like Austro PTY LTD provide such pathetic and ****py service, and what do their sales reps and sales manager think of themselve to carry themselves in such an arrogant manner, is the MILLIONS going into their ACCOUNT for them to be so EGO TISTCAL.</p> <p>We will never ever deal with Austro Pty Ltd ever again, we traded the CHISA EDGE BANDER MACHINE (**** machine that austro sold to us) for an ALLWOOD EDGE BANDER we LOST ON THE MACHINE ITSELF R100 000 WITHIN 11 MONTHS AND WE LOST R800 000 IN STANDING TIME WHEN THE MACHINE KEPT ON BREAKING DOWN.</p> <p> </p> <p>WISE UP GUYS DONT EVER EVER USE AUSTRO PTY LTD WHICH IS A NATION WIDE ORGANIZATION.</p> <p> </p>
