Austria Electric: A Small Company with a Giant Heart

I want to commend the service that Austria Electric gives its customers. We have a Siemens dishwasher obtained from Austria Electric several years ago. The machine performs very well indeed. Yesterday morning it stopped taking in water. I described the problem in an email, and attached a copy of the device identity information. Austria Electric's technicians arrived in the early afternoon, and the flow meter problem was fixed within 1/2 hour. That is excellent service, and I have had similar service from Austria Electric over many years. They also have an excellent range of quality new products, and I have always found their prices competitive with most major appliance outlets.
