Poor aftersales
Pathetic service. I've been given the runaround since the 29th June 2026 regarding a kettle not working. Only once I said I'd lodge a formal complaint ( 10 days later ) did they say to arrange a replacement, but I need to collect from Boksburg, and I'm in Cape Town?
