Download link does not work, file does not exist

Bought a database from them. The link is faulty and disappeared from my PC. Anti virus keeps blocking the program. Tried a couple of times and again said link does not exist.

I wanted a refund, because the link does not work. Terrible customer service. They do not care about after sales service. Just a money making ****. They do not answer their phone either or get back with an appropriate solution.
