Bad customer service

Went to Macdonald kempton Park and ordered 2 medium Big Macs meal with a jalapeño sauce on the side and 2 happy meal meals,when I got home I only realised that the jalapeño sauce was missing,having to drive back was going to be a waste of petrol I’m really mot happy as this is not the 1st time forgetting to put the sauce
