Bad Customer service

Yesterday i visited my friends mom in this hospital and i quickly went out to buy clothes for mama. I made a call to tata so that he speaks with mama using my cellphone and when i went to the shop to buy clothes my phone was not there. So this morning i went to the hospital and i met the manager D ward by the name of Marcel and i requested to view the camera footage of the ward. Then he said he will get the keys for the back room where the camera is and they will be having a meeting until 9:00 and will take me to camera room by 9. I waited in the car and came back 9:05 and when i went back to him he said with his colleagues they went to camera room and the camera had a problem so they call the technician. All this he went ALONE and give me this report. for me i don' t have a guarantee what was he telling me.
