AURLUX HAIR REMOVAL ONLINE PURCHASE

My sister purchased the Aurlux Instant Hair Remover Kit, which was advertised as effective for facial hair removal. The product does not work as described, and delivery took six weeks despite paying extra for early shipping. I have repeatedly requested a refund under Section 56(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, but the company only responds with automated messages stating they only refund unopened products. This is unacceptable and misleading under Section 41 of the Act. I have now escalated the matter to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud (CGSO) for investigation.
